Gahhh, to me.. this is such a huge, much needed topic. But is this being talked about enough? And if not, WHY? I’ll let the post speak for itself.. 11 things I really wish was standard knowledge. And if you’d love more, I’ve put together a food list + more for anyone wanting to journey towards real, nourishing food, but of course particularly those experiencing ADHD symptoms. I’ve also included the foods and supplements I’d personally lean on + what we lean on in clinic too, along with brand recommendations for generic fridge/pantry staples. Comment ‘support’ or ‘yes please’ if you’re curious, and I’ll send it through 🫶🏻. Questions are so welcome below.. and I hope this is received with so much love and care for you, your family and beyond❣️
