GREAT LEADERS BUILD GREAT TEAMS. 💪🏼💛 This National Boss’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible individuals who help lead McMarro Family Restaurants every single day! 🙌🏼 From our family ownership and executive leadership to our directors, managers, and supervisors, each plays an important role in shaping the culture of our organization and creating opportunities for the people who make it all possible. Leadership goes beyond a title. It’s about showing up for your people, believing in their potential, and helping them grow. 📈 To our entire leadership team, thank you for your dedication, guidance, and the countless ways you make a difference throughout our organization. 🙏🏼 We’re proud of the leaders we have and even prouder of the teams we continue to build together. Happy National Boss’s Day! 🫡💛 #nationalbossday #leadership #mcmarrofamilyrestaurants #familyowned #mcdonaldswestcoast

Photos and videos online showed the state of rainwater collected in pails in Singapore following a downpour on Oct. 15, 2026, as hazy conditions persisted. Haze from forest fires contain soot, ash, and unburned carbon. The process where rain washes fine particles, including PM2.5, out of the air is known as “wet deposition” or “rain scavenging”. The relief is usually short-lived. But the resultant grey and murky residue can coat cars and plants when they fall on the ground with the rain. #mothershipenvironment
