// ad // join our next two live calls (August 19th 6pm CET & August 26th 6pm CET) discussing the work of Marija Gimbutas as well as a deep dive into adult supremacy.

here’s how the Matriarchal Study Club (paid community 25€/ month) works:
Each month, we explore one central theme through books, films, and research on matriarchy, matrifocal societies, and women’s history. We read and discuss together, and I guide the conversations with context, lectures, and discussion prompts. We’ve already got hours worth of classes inside the community and our next live class will be tomorrow.

Join people from around the world who are done waiting for change and are organizing it themselves!!

The reason our society feels so off is simply because we are a nomadist species. Society as we know it shouldn't even exist

Cristiano Ronaldo has announced his retirement from international soccer after a record-breaking career with Portugal. The 41-year-old broke the news on Thursday in a long Instagram video where he read a letter to his supporters. "The day has come for me to hand back the number 7 shirt of our national team," he said, referring to his iconic shirt number. "I never thought it belonged to me alone. But for 23 years, I had the privilege and the responsibility of wearing it." Ronaldo played a record 234 times for his country, scoring a record 146 international goals. You’re working toward 25 closings a year. Who’s helping you get there? And who are you becoming along the way? Simon Sinek’s message in this video gets at why Cambria and I protect the culture at Haven so fiercely. An impressive sales record doesn’t tell you whether someone will have your back when a transaction falls apart. Or whether you can ask them a question without feeling like an idiot. Those things matter when you’re trying to grow. We care about production. We also care about the experienced agent who makes time to help someone through their first difficult negotiation. The teammate who shares what’s working, even when you’re competing for business. The person willing to say, “I could’ve handled that better,” and actually work on it. That’s who we want in the room. At Haven, we expect people to practice their skills, take coaching seriously, and follow through. We also expect them to treat each other well. Closing more deals never earns anyone an exemption. If you’re doing 8–12 transactions a year and know you’re capable of more, pay attention to what happens around you. Can you ask for help? Does someone challenge you to improve? Are people genuinely happy when you win? Growth takes work. Having people beside you who care enough to help, and tell you the truth, makes that work easier to keep doing. You deserve that kind of support. And the people beside you deserve it from you, too. #SpokaneRealEstate #CoeurdAleneRealEstate #NorthIdahoRealEstate #HavenRealEstateGroup #RealEstateLeadership
