Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for northwestern Volusia County until 7:30 this evening. Radar is showing a line of storms pushing south at 10mph, with wind gusts up to 60mph expected near Pierson, Seville, and Lake George. Roofs, siding, and trees are all in the damage zone with this one, so just know those storms are moving through.

Updated Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Volusia County, with a line of storms moving south at 10mph out of areas near Bunnell and Crescent City, now pushing toward Pierson, Lake George, Seville, and surrounding communities. Radar is showing the potential for wind gusts up to 60mph, which is enough to bring down some tree limbs and cause damage to roofs and siding. Heads up to anyone in and around those areas as this line continues to push south through the county.
