Lot of people ask, “How do you stay calm during this time?” Confidence is a skill, I am calm because I have done this 100 times before, it’s nothing new to me, nothing’s going to change this time, I will just come, lift and leave like I always do at the gym. I am not looking at the judges (I don’t even know who all are sitting there) and I am not looking at the audience, it’s just between me and the barbell. Nervousness comes in due to unfamiliarity, because you’re clueless and you keep thinking, “yeh kaise hoga, voh kaise hoga.” This goes away with time and experience because you know how everything works. Yes you will get nervous when there is a weight you have never lifted before, that’s your nervous system firing up, lot of adrenaline, good, that’s good. Just decide an attempt that you know you can do to minimise nervousness and most likely you will be fine. This is from Senior Nationals 2026 | Mangalore.
Angel Reese said she was manifesting the Finals back on 10/10/25, and she just made it happen. The Atlanta Dream swept the New York Liberty to reach their first WNBA Finals since 2013, and Reese summed it up in three words: “I manifested this.” The Defensive Player of the Year says the job isn’t done yet. Can the Dream bring Atlanta its first title?

Comment SHOP and I will send you a DM to shop this post! A few beautiful additions I’ve added to my home and would choose all over again. 🤎 From the pedestal table and outdoor chairs to the loungers, statement bowl, dining chairs, runner rug, and more. Each one adds that warm, elevated look I love. elevated home decor. outdoor furniture. luxury home style. neutral home decor. patio furniture. outdoor living. interior styling.
