Owning your gifts isn’t ego.
It’s responsibility.
The world doesn’t benefit when you play small.
It benefits when you have the courage to be fully seen.

We create abundance when we stop competing and start witnessing.
Witnessing ourselves.
Witnessing each other.

Celebrating the woman beside us without making her success mean less of ours.

There is enough room.
Enough brilliance.
Enough beauty.
Enough wealth.

Ownership of self. Ownership of our gifts. Ownership of the power we see in one another.

When we praise instead of compare, something opens.
We become mirrors instead of rivals.
We become medicine instead of competition.

Your shine doesn’t dim mine.
My abundance doesn’t diminish yours.
So let’s make praise a practice.
Praise yourself. Praise another woman. Praise what you see. Praise what you are becoming.
