"WOMEN ARE BETTER!" says SPIDERTlTS but Brian Atlas DEBATES her on Whatever Podcast?!

When my mom was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, we wanted to understand WHY her thyroid wasn’t functioning optimally...

For her, we chose to focus on a root cause, lifestyle based approach...not synthetic medications.

If you have a thyroid condition, these are the three things I want you to understand:

1. Your thyroid needs the right nutrients to function.
Nutrients like selenium and certain B vitamins play important roles in thyroid and metabolic health. Rather than assuming a prescription addressed everything her body needed, we looked at her nutrition, deficiencies and overall health. Medications like Levothyroxine actually DEPLETE your body of the key nutrients it needs to heal. But you’ll very rarely hear that in your doctor’s office.

2. Replacing thyroid hormone and addressing WHY thyroid function became impaired are two different questions. Medications will mask your symptoms at best, but they won’t address the root cause behind your thyroid dysfunction.

3. Ignoring your emotional health will contribute to your physical symptoms.
Your emotional and physical health are deeply intertwined. Past trauma, unforgiveness, chronic stress, and feeling emotionally unsafe can all impact your overall health and may play a role in thyroid function. Don’t overlook this part of healing. With my mom, we focused on meditating on Scripture, reducing chronic stress, working through forgiveness, and creating daily habits that helped her feel emotionally safe.

At the end of the day, I believe true healing means looking at the whole person...body, mind, and spirit.

Comment ‘THYROID’ and I’ll send you my full thyroid healing masterclass, where I walk through the factors I look at when trying to understand the root causes behind thyroid dysfunction and the nutrition and lifestyle strategies I use to support thyroid health naturally.
