Assessment Clarifying Question
When we charge for Assessment, do we charge Roadmap, Value Mapping / Process Mapping saperately?
Or does "Assessment" term mean all 3?
Because I have been mainly focusing on Roadmap for now and after that if they want to move forward with more things after feeling satisfied with the Roadmap then that's the next conversation.
In the AI Consulting Method, Submitting Detailed Workflow plan is 2nd segment. Where does Value Mapping fit in?
