Memang sudah bukan jadi mall terbesar di Semarang, namun faktanya DP Mall masih jadi mall terfavorit nomor 1 di Semarang berdasarkan jumlah pengunjungnya. Rata-rata tiap weekdays mall samping Lawang Sewu ini dikunjungi 30 ribuan pengunjung, sementara saat weekend tembus 40 -50 ribu pengunjung, pantes umpel - umpelan ya kayak pasar malam 😁.

Biar ribuan pengunjung itu makin punya banyak opsi belanja, kulineran, main , nongkrong dll, DP Mall menghadirkan tenant-tenant baru, diantara CHAGEE, REMBOELAN, CHRISTY NG, SHUYI. SLIMELAB, Phot matics, REDDOG, HAIDILAO, SK-II, L'Occitane, dan ada juga Gramedia BIG SALE. Tenant apa yang paling kalian tunggu-tunggu segera masuk DP Mall?

There's something in the name 'Rafa' 😏 🇪🇸

Our jaws are still on the floor. @kyliejenner made history tonight when she walked down the runway in the Fantasy Bra. Designed in partnership with Victoria’s Secret and created by @jacobandco.

Needed a little break from socials 🧡

Slowly finding my way back after a few weeks of zero motivation, a shoulder injury and a a lack of energy to do anything much!.. Running will commence very soon!

I’ve spoken before about my struggles with the darker months and I’m well aware that I’m dipping without sunlight an warmth, equally we are cyclical beings who will naturally adapt to the colder, dark months just like nature.

I’m fully at the point I need to drag myself from the trenches and move a bit for my own mental health!!

Saunas are needed more than ever!! ❤️

Some really exciting plans for the next few weeks to fill my witchy heart 🖤💫

Share this with a woman who takes care of everyone, but somewhere along the way, has forgotten that she needs care too. ❤️

I’ve seen so many women in my practice who are doing everything right for everyone else, yet quietly falling apart themselves.

Women who have spent years adjusting, compromising, holding back their opinions, swallowing their anger and trying to be good enough for everyone.

And when I sit with them and we start connecting the dots, I often find years of unspoken hurt, pressure and resentment beneath their physical symptoms.

The gut issues. The sleepless nights. The exhaustion. The hormonal struggles.

Not everything is caused by stress, but we cannot ignore what years of emotional suppression can do to the body.

What stays with me is how many of these women have never stopped to ask themselves, “But what about me?”

You are allowed to have needs. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to disappoint people sometimes.

You don’t have to sacrifice yourself to prove your love for others.

And please remember, you are special too. Not because of how much you do for everyone, but because of who you are.

You deserve to be cared for, too. ❤️
