3 years later it’s finally, finally, FINALLY (!!!!) here.

it’s been hard to find the words to properly summarize the journey that unfolded through the process of writing this cookbook. life really really happened to me, and this book is the result of that.

but LESS IS MORE is not for me. It’s for ALL OF US. it’s a book that acknowledges the chaos of life, its unpredictable twists and turns, and ensures that you find your way into the kitchen, even if only for a few minutes, despite all of it. it’s a book that believes in the power of a home cooked meal, and will help you get there no matter your circumstances. no time? no ingredients? too many kids? too complicated? too tired? new parent? can’t be fucked? too many dishes? house burned down? I’ve got recipes and solutions for ALL OF IT.

as I’ve learned first hand, cooking doesn’t have to be complex or tricked out to do its job: nourish, feed, and foster joy. but, it does have to be delicious and YOUR DINNER SHALL NOT SUFFER if I have anything to do with it.
