CNY Little Free Libraries

Team LFL-Central New York has been so busy gathering books and getting them out into our parks, but we wanted to make sure to give you a glimpse of the great work our Project
Playground volunteers are doing from Week 2! We also wanted to feature one of our parks, the Lions Botanical Park at 499 Dyke Rd in Chittenango. They have a creek walk, story walk and fairy garden! Their Little Library is quite large and there is a sweet little fairy mailbox next to it. If you haven’t had a chance to visit it yet check it out-and make sure to bring your LFL Explorer Field Guide to fill out. You have until 8/31 to turn it in for great prizes. If you are interested in how you can volunteer for Team LFL-come to our Volunteer meeting and Training session on Sept 20th from 2-4 at @fayettevillelib. We are in need of Middle Grade and YA books if you have any gently used books you’d like to donate to Project Playground. Message or email [email protected] for pickup or drop off information.
