Da’Vinchi wants Black Americans to move on from slavery but slavery won’t move on from us.

happy 25 to my best friend ❤️ I counted all the days I got to see you this year, and it amounted to a whopping 1.9%! 😂🔫 Selfishly in an alternate universe, I wish we could live side by side, where seeing you was an everyday routine instead of something I need to look forward to. But it makes me happy to know that every part of me is a reminder of you: you’ve taught me how to express myself, how to be there for the people i love, how to dream big, and how to appreciate all the small moments in life. Thanks for being the best role model a little sister could ever ask for, ur the coolest person I know 🙄

Seriously our sisterhood is something I could never put into words. I’m so lucky to be ur little sister and ur biggest fan. I love u so so much happy freakin bday. 🫰 @jenaissante

Jaguar Type 01, Full Reveal.

It’s quite good, both proportionally and in the details. Jaguar explained that they didn’t want to make it look like a typical EV. Think Benz EQS. Instead we get a massive, meter-long dash-to-axle ratio. Very decadent, indulgent—screams RWD, same as an E-type. If you stack one 23” wheel atop the other, that would be higher than the roof. Accomplishing that is every designer’s dream.

Dumb front plate notwithstanding, that’s a brutal front end. Perhaps a bit too Audi/Bauhaus for my taste, Jag emphasized the four headlights—night branding. And they do emphasize the width. It’s good, but not nearly as interesting as the hard side. The rear is straight wild, though I do like the stacked light strips. Take note of the crazy 5-angle aluminum panel above the rear wheel.

Overall all I’m catching Cadillac Celestiq meets Voisin C26/C28. Opulent yet athletic. Pretty cool.

Underneath you have a 120 kWh battery pack powering three motors. The front motor can make up to 400 hp while the two on the rear combine for 915 hp. However total system output is “limited” to 1,015 hp. Full rear-axle torque vectoring, too. Just like a Lucid Sapphire.

The price? $133,050. Solid chuck of change, but compared to other four-figure electric cars, not bad at all.

Your thoughts?
