Summer isn’t over just yet ✨
There’s still time to make the most of all the beautiful produce this season has to offer, so I’m holding onto these late-summer flavours just a little longer before my favourite season comes along.
A simple late-summer dinner menu:
🌿 Pesto pasta
🍋 Roasted rainbow trout with dill & lemon
🍑 Peach, tomato, burrata & basil salad
🫐 Blueberry crisp with vanilla ice cream
🍾 Grapefruit gin spritz
Fresh, colourful, uncomplicated, and exactly the kind of dinner I want to eat outside on a warm August evening.
