Cara Connects

Still reflecting on an incredible time at the Games for Change Festival in New York. ✨🎮

I had the opportunity to share the stage with Ryan Johnson of Cxmmunity Media for a conversation about reimagining play—but what stayed with me most went far beyond the stage.

It was the relationships. The connection. The conversations about where our industry is going and, more importantly, who we choose to be as we build its future.

Innovation matters. Technology matters. The future of play matters. But none of it exists without people.

As we continue imagining what’s next for gaming, I believe humanity has to remain the anchor—how we lead, how we create, how we build community, and how we make space for the next generation of voices.

Grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the reminder that the future we’re building can be both innovative and deeply human. 💫
