I don’t remember a time in my life when Tums wasn’t involved. The instructions on the bottle claim that anyone over 12 can take one as necessary… but honestly, if you’re Jewish like me, you should take two. My family is always on the hunt for another alternative - they say you can get a kidney stone from too many Tums. My doctor disagrees – I’m on Omeprazole now, and my life has completely changed.
