Future Leaders in Management TXST

From an organization that started with 3 officers and a dream, FLM has now expanded into a space full of countless brilliant minds who have built a family together, helping each other grow into the future leaders the world is still looking for.🌷

As we reflect on all we have achieved since FLM started its journey in August 2025, we are full of gratitude for all the guests and speakers who took the time to provide valuable insight into the world of business and exceptional leadership — we await your return! To our members who showed up to meetings and events, thank you for investing your time and efforts into the betterment of your future. We are so proud to see you all grow so rapidly!

FLM was honored to receive both the Best New Student Organization Award and the Fastest Growing Organization of the Year Award at the 2026 McCoy College Student Organization Celebration. Thank you to all our officers, members, advisors, and the McCoy College of Business staff who worked alongside us and helped make these accomplishments possible!

FLM will continue its efforts to provide value to all our members and welcome anyone looking to grow into a fantastic leader. We look forward to meeting you all again soon and hope to see you continue to be part of the FLM family!💫

FLM ’25–‘26 Executive Board, signing out! 💙
