Comment “SUN” and I’ll share my Surya Namaskar breathing guide to help you understand when to inhale and exhale through all 12 positions. Surya Namaskar is not about how quickly you complete 12 poses. It’s about how mindfully you move through each one. Small mistakes in posture, spinal alignment and weight distribution can affect the quality of your practice. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practising for years, pay attention to how you move, where you place your weight and how you coordinate your breath. Remember, control and awareness matter more than speed. Save this reel and revisit these corrections before your next practice. 🥹🤍 ——— Some love stories are truly special to witness up close. 🤍✨ What a beautiful journey it has been to witness Mika and Jur’s love story. From the unforgettable moments to the genuine emotions, the excitement, and most importantly, the love. 🥹 And I couldn’t be prouder of my beautiful friend Mika. The courage, vulnerability, and open heart she brought into this adventure are something I truly admire. Watching you embrace this experience, trust the process, and stay true to yourself has been so special. ❤️ It’s incredible to see how two people can find each other in the most unexpected way. So grateful that I got to be a small part of your story and witness these beautiful moments. Memories I will cherish forever. 🥹🤍 #LoveIsBlind #LoveIsBlindNederland
