13 years in this sport. And I finally get to hold this. 🏆
I’m so used to looking at photos of myself and finding something that needs improving.

Looking at these, I want to give myself a moment before I start doing that again.

I remember how badly I wanted to be in this position. The shows I left disappointed. Going home, questioning myself, then deciding to try again without knowing how it would end.

Yesterday, I finally earned my IFBB Pro card.

And today, I want to let myself be happy about it.

Celebrate with my wife. Read your messages. Thank the people who believed in me through the preparations that didn’t end like this.

I’m still figuring out what comes next. There are questions I was asking myself before this show that I don’t have all the answers to yet.

But I don’t need to figure everything out today.

Today, I’m proud of myself. And grateful I get to share this moment with my wife @paulina.smag 🥂

拍攝當天的一點小花絮 🎬🩵
鏡頭前認真擺姿勢，鏡頭外就開始偷懶了
其實比起正式照片，我也挺喜歡這些隨手記錄下來的小片段 🤍

A little behind the scenes from the shoot 🎬🩵
Trying to get my poses right in front of the camera, then getting a little lazy between shots. Haha.
I actually love these little candid moments just as much as the final photos 🤍
