Spot on! I totally agree with your perspective. And no matter what people say or think about it, there are certain unspoken rules and behaviors that we ought to learn and observe as we interact in society and even in the corporate space. One more thing: If the young lady had apologized after the correction, she would have easily saved the day… but unfortunately, she didn’t….
