One year in this chapter, and I’ve found myself reflecting on just how much it took to get here.

The pivots. The risks. The unexpected turns. The seasons of wondering what was next. The people I’ve had the privilege of teaching, mentoring, collaborating with, and hopefully leaving a little better than I found them.

And somehow, through every pivot in this industry, I always seem to land exactly where I’m supposed to be.

This year has been no different.

In fact, this has been the most fulfilling year of my career. Not because I know exactly where this journey is taking me, but because I’m genuinely happy to be exactly where I am right now.

I’ve learned that sometimes the best part of a career isn’t having the whole path figured out. It’s having the courage to keep moving when you don’t.

To my team: thank you. Thank you for supporting me, letting me fire off the ideas that come at 100 miles an hour 😂, giving me the space and autonomy to create, innovate, build, and dream a little bigger. You’ve given me something incredibly valuable: the freedom to do what I do best.

And to every person who has been part of my journey in this industry.. thank you. Every connection, every chapter, every pivot has shaped the person and professional I am today.

I never know exactly where this career will take me next… and honestly, that’s what makes it so exhilarating.

One year down. So grateful for this chapter. So excited for whatever God has next. ✨
