So proud of my client’s consistency and her progress 🩵

When we first started, her skin was dealing with active breakouts, congestion and a lot of inflammation. Now look at how much calmer, clearer and smoother her skin is 😭

It’s that time of year: back to school 📚

For some of my clients, that means getting the kids back into new schedules, early mornings, sports, PE, homework… and sometimes dealing with a few new breakouts too 🫠

If you’re trying to help your kid stay on top of their skin this school year, remember: their routine doesn’t need to be complicated or perfect to work.

Keep it simple, stay consistent, and focus on the habits that make the biggest difference:

☀️ SPF every single morning
🫧 Keep their routine simple enough that they’ll actually do it
