part two: the dinner party 🥂🤍

some of our closest loved ones joined us for a celebration dinner party after our small ceremony. it was a great time surrounded by greater company. we felt so warm and loved being surrounded by our people. it was something out of my dreams. beyond thankful for every person who came to celebrate us. so grateful that we are so loved.

Here’s a little story about something you probably did this morning without thinking twice.

Back in the early 1900s, sweat was just… sweat. Nobody really worried about it. A small company had a product that kept you dry, but most people simply didn’t see the point.

Then in 1919, an ad agency tried something different. Instead of selling a solution, one copywriter sold a question: what if you smell, and you’re the last one to know? The magazine got angry letters. Some readers even canceled. And sales still went through the roof.

That one idea quietly changed how a whole country thought about their own bodies, and it’s still working today.

Not telling you to throw anything away. Just worth noticing how many of our daily habits started as someone’s sales pitch.
