Thank you @fabulousmag for reaching out to me with interest in our story and giving me the opportunity to speak some more about what we have lived as a mother and a sister. And to tell part of the real life we (me, Princess and Precious) have lived without the fabrication by people who actually have no idea about our lives or even have access to us. This story opportunity and photo shoot came around exactly 11 years to the month after Princess & Precious (and myself) done some work for fab mag all those years ago. Every single day that goes by I am just sort of on auto pilot. But whilst me and presh was shooting this day it really hit me. It should be Princess and Precious here shooting today with me in The background just supporting them. They could have gone on to do fantastic things and got opportunities for themselves for the amazing things they succeeded in life together as sisters. But we were there this day shooting because Princess is no longer here with us. It shouldn’t have been me here in front of the camera this day it should have been Princess and Precious for something amazing. It really made me emotional and it took me back to the days when Princess and Precious was shooting together. How little Princess was just an absolute natural in front of the camera. Born fabulous! I don’t know how me and Precious get through each day but each day we get through. We miss our Princess tremendously and we hope we make her proud each and every day in each and everything that we do. 🩵

Singer and songwriter Melanie Fiona is enjoying a slower pace of life in Paris, and the experience has her questioning why people in North America are constantly in a rush. The Grammy-winning artist took to Threads to share how spending just a few days in the French capital has positively impacted her mental and emotional well-being. “I’ve been in Paris for a few days now, and my nervous system is already more regulated. People here walk slowly. They take their time drinking coffee or eating with friends. Nothing is HIGH DEMAND. It’s so lovely.” Fiona explained that the relaxed atmosphere made her recognize just how much stress has become normalized back home. “It reminded me how disregulated we are in North AMERICA, and how we exist in a constant pressure cooker of stress. We expect everything fast and in a hurry and deem it disrespectful if it’s not.” Her observations highlight the differences she has noticed between everyday life in Paris and the fast-paced culture often associated with North America. From rushing through meals to expecting immediate service, Fiona’s reflections raise questions about whether convenience and productivity have come at the expense of personal peace. Is North America’s fast-paced lifestyle putting unnecessary stress on us, or is Melanie Fiona simply experiencing the magic of being on vacation?
y’all think i just post these without going through intense, rigorous, trauma inducing training????? “I run 8 miles a day to keep my body in tip top shape” Oh really?????? You ever do staff to staff impact training like my boy here??? Pshhhh, I didn’t think so. We are not the same. @oleg_paziuk
18-3, 29 Years Old and CUT WEIGHT TWICE IN TWO WEEKS. Puts on a grappling masterclass showcasing some of the best takedown setups, trips, sweeps, reversals, and everything in the grappling book. Exudes more passion than most fighters that have to put on a gimmick to get signed and because of a trash crowd and Mike Beltran disasterclass, this guy didn't get signed tonight. It's not often I'm speechless but this was disgraceful. This is the issue with the UFC and Contender Series. Hype over TRUE talent.
