@sarahamatthews1 reacts to Katie Zacharia’s brutal interview with Sean Hannity where even the reliably Trump-friendly host grills her.

A viral relationship trend called the “2-2-2-2 rule” is helping couples keep their marriage strong. It suggests going on a date every two weeks, being intimate twice a week, taking a night away without kids twice a year, and planning a longer vacation every two years.

The idea expands the older 2-2-2 rule, which recommended regular dates, weekend trips, and longer holidays together. Research from the University of Virginia’s National Marriage Project found that couples who spent quality time alone at least once a week were about 3.5 times more likely to report being very happy in their marriage.

I’ve been counted out many times , but I will always rise. As a police officer, I suffered an injury that left me barely able to walk without assistance for several years . Never in a million years did I think I would be here. I am honored to have modeled for GymShark @gymshark @gymsharkwomen & MTS @theestallion . Thank you all for believing in me even if I may not have always believed in myself. Never let a disability or anything else stop you from doing what you love. Dreams do come true!

What if the real luxury is having a life you don’t constantly need to recover from?

I recently shared my perspective with @ebonymagazine in a feature by @dominiquebfluker on why wellness is becoming an increasingly important part of how Black women define luxury.

For me, it’s about having the freedom to enjoy what I’ve worked so hard to build without sacrificing my peace, health, or time in the process.

Ambition and wellness can coexist. We can want more for ourselves without making burnout the price of success.

What does luxury look like for you in this season of your life?

Read my feature in EBONY and share your thoughts in the comments. 🤎
