PE GUY runs into a buddy who is doing better than him. #financebro #ivy #comedyskit #parody
I want to say something that has been on my mind for a long time. I know what my Instagram is. I am a model. My body, my face, my work and my appearance are obviously a big part of what I share here. This is my portfolio and my business. I genuinely appreciate the people who have been following me for years. The conversations, the messages, the real human connection. I believe we can connect as human beings, even through a screen. But there is something I struggle with. There are many men who message me regularly, react to almost every picture and spend a lot of time here, even though they have a wife or a partner at home. And I sometimes wonder: does she know? Would she be comfortable reading the messages you send me? Seeing how much attention you give me? Knowing how much time you spend looking at other women online? Maybe you genuinely find me interesting. Maybe you like my thoughts or find me inspiring. I would like to believe that. But I am also not naive. I know my appearance plays a role too. And this is where it becomes uncomfortable for me. Because the attention, affection and energy you give to women outside of your relationship should also go towards the woman you chose to build your life with. Give her that attention! Look at her the way you look at other women online. Compliment her. Be curious about her. Desire her. Make her feel seen. And if something is missing in your relationship, have the courage to look at it. Don’t look for it somewhere else. I don’t want to be part of something that happens behind another woman’s back. I am here for sisterhood! So please, men- ask yourself why you need this attention. Be honest with yourself about what you are doing. Would you be okay if the roles were reversed??? Do the work. The shadow work. We are all human. We all have our needs, insecurities and shadows. But at some point, we have to be willing to look at them instead of feeding them. With love Alena ✨
