You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔

And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window!

There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY!

Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role.

And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control.

For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself.

As you can see in the photo above…

I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days.

But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it.

And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that.

I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat.

I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health.

Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable.

Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL.

I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine.

I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition.

And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching.

Because what works for one person might not work for another.

We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs.

So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶

Delhi Police Crime Branch has busted an alleged counterfeit coin manufacturing and supply racket and arrested four accused.

Police recovered 5,000 fake ₹20 coins, with a total face value of approximately ₹1 lakh.

The case came to light after Paras Jain was arrested near Mundka Industrial Area Metro Station with the counterfeit coins.

During interrogation, he allegedly revealed that he had sourced the coins from Upkar Luthra alias Abhay Pratap Singh, who was allegedly operating a counterfeit coin manufacturing unit in Sonipat, Haryana.

Following the investigation, police arrested Luthra along with two other accused, Anurag Pal alias Lankesh and Janardan Kumar Chaurasia alias Santosh.

The Crime Branch is now investigating the racket's operations and the extent of the counterfeit coin supply network.
