As a girly with a strong Valsalva Maneuver reflex… only ONE of these breaths is going to help me articulate freely.
Back in the day, TWO of those would’ve locked me up completely. 😅

2 seemed the most open and least tense to me, never had any issues with valsalva maneuver though so idk
