TNHT Staff: @hausofaaron __________________ Neighbors, a food delivery took a violent turn after an Uber Eats driver allegedly returned to an apartment complex hoping to get a woman’s number. __________________ According to reports, the driver was delivering food to an apartment complex in Miami-Dade Monday morning when he spoke with a woman outside the main lobby. About 50 minutes later, he returned hoping to see her again, but wasn’t able to find her. __________________ Investigators said the woman’s boyfriend, Khuslen Saruultuya, 33, approached the driver in his car, pointed a gun at him and ordered him to lie on the ground. Saruultuya then fired a shot that grazed the driver’s right buttock before striking him in the back of the head with the gun. __________________ Saruultuya allegedly told the driver, “I am going to kill you,” while the woman intervened, yelling, “Babe, please stop!” __________________ The driver eventually escaped and drove himself to a hospital for treatment. Saruultuya was later arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. __________________ But that wasn’t all. During a search of Saruultuya’s apartment, police discovered cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and prescription pills. There was also a room where narcotics were being mixed, portioned, labeled and packaged. __________________ During his court appearance, a judge warned Saruultuya not to discuss the facts of the case after he responded to the drug charges by saying, “Those are my prescriptions.” Neighbors, what are your thoughts on this situation? 👀🎥: @local10news
