I am IRONMAN…
Road IRONMAN Kalmar 2026 🇸🇪
An Ironman is hard to explain unless you’ve done it once. Months of training just to suffer even more : Being a fish in a super tight suit 🐟 swimming 3.8 km in the water, 180 km on the biking and buffet eating against the Windy Breeze, then a full 42 km marathon. (1st Marathon Eva)
People ask Why? Geniuses ask Why not ?
The Physicality & Cardiovascular system that’s not all
The Key is “Mentality”
At some point, it’s no longer about fitness. You just keep solving the next problem and moving forward, which you will encounter along the race.
The Kalmar home crowd completely changed the energy. People were everywhere outside their houses gathering on their lawns lining the roads, turning the music up having a good time and hyping us individually for hours.
Hearing Avicii tracks blasting along the course, got me “Levels” up another gear when the legs were already gone. That’s a Propa Tack så mycket moment.
Sharing all of it with an amazing group of people made the hard parts easier and the whole trip way more fun. YOLO!
