When we first booked our holiday to Disney World for April 2027, I said I wanted to lose 4 stone before going. We then decided that we were going to Disneyland Paris with the family and I want to lose a stone before going…… well guess what I lost that stone and got on every ride. Came back and I lost another pound. I honestly am so proud of myself for giving achievable expectations. I’ve still got a long way to go…….but this bitch can do it.
