…and music 🎧 experts - I’m aware I accidentally changed key in my 2nd pick up shot 😜

Today, the Prisma James Foundation visited RIMS Buea, speaking with students in preparation for our upcoming breast cancer sensitization on October 16th. We sincerely thank the school authorities for their warm reception and support, making it possible for my team and me to connect with these amazing students. ❤️ It was truly an honor connecting with them, as students hold a special place in my heart because I once sat where they sit today. It brings me so much joy to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to these young minds. I encourage every young dreamer never to give up on their dreams, so they too can become an inspiration to the next generation. 💚✨

Welcome to my therapy session where I cook for you and my family, pretend I have to stay away from my kids, blast the music and dance. A little dancing, a little cooking, a whole lot of buffalo chicken.

Week 5 of THE STARTING LINEUP: crispy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos! Rotisserie chicken keeps these easy, blended cottage cheese makes the filling creamy, and Frank’s brings the heat. 🔥

Save these for your next game day!

INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• ⅓ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 10–12 small flour tortillas
• Olive oil spray
• Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

HOW TO MAKE

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix chicken, blended cottage cheese, wing sauce, shredded cheese, and garlic powder.
3. Warm tortillas briefly until pliable. Add about 3 tbsp filling to each and roll tightly.
4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Spray lightly with olive oil.
5. Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden, crispy, and hot throughout. Serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping!

🏈 Who’s here for the food and the halftime kitchen dancing?
