Regret. It is drawback in our country that aspirants go to abroad for taking medical degrees due to gap in sufficient seats with infrastructure in india. Indian Medical board justify the courses run in abroad with ground reality of Indian syllabus.If additional skills acquired through syllabus than well and good. Check and address. neerajverma 9360
