The Textile Journey
Collected along the way.
One of my greatest pleasures with AHMESA is discovering textiles—the weave, the hand, an unexpected color, a beautiful edge, or a technique that immediately makes me stop.
Our textile journey has taken us through France, Italy, Sweden, Lithuania, India, North Africa and beyond, bringing together 100% cotton and linen pieces that reflect different traditions of making and living.
Some are quiet. Some wonderfully colorful. Some perfectly imperfect.
And many are found only in very small quantities.
That is part of their beauty.
Small batches. Limited editions. Pieces with a sense of place.
