Milestone reached: 50lbs⬇️, size 28➡️18

I can no longer get my heart rate up like I used to, which is a good thing. HR of 139 bpm max for indoor cycling… and I was peddling HARD AND FAST with resistance. Strength training average of 125 bpm.

I feel good and life is no longer physically hard for me. It’s actually soooo much easier. I don’t get tired anymore. When I get home after a long day, I no longer take 3hr naps; I eat, clean, and plan for the next day. I came to the realization that I wasn’t lazy, I was just (point blank) FAT. Zero energy. Had severe joint and back pain after the tiniest movements. Now I take the stairs without thought or hesitation. I don’t think about the walking distance nor where the closest benches are when I’m on campus.

My high weight was torturous, debilitating, caused depression and caused a lack of motivation. I’m having fun finally🥹
