Hip-hop legend #Timbaland joins forces with gospel rap superstar @1KPhew for their highly anticipated album Seven Trumpets. Bringing #faith and hip-hop into one conversation, this collaboration reminds us that hip-hop can carry a powerful message and still push boundaries sonically. Listen when it arrives October 30 🎺 (SWIPE)

Shoulder hurts?

Pain meds.
Cortisone shot.
Surgery.

Still hurts?

Fine. Chop the whole damn arm off. Problem solved. 😂

OR…

Ask a better question:

WHY does my shoulder keep hurting?

Pain relief and fixing the movement pattern creating the problem are two very different things.

Stop only chasing symptoms.

Learn how your shoulder moves.
Find the imbalance.
Fix your shit.

Preferably while keeping both arms.

✨ 8 YEARS AGO THIS WEEK, HISTORY WAS MADE! ✨

I still remember when I first started with @WWE , there were events where I was the ONLY woman on the entire show. Fast forward to October 28, 2018, and there I was, witnessing history at the very first all-women’s WWE EVOLUTION! 💪❤️

What an incredible honor it was to be part of an event dedicated entirely to showcasing the extraordinary athleticism, talent, strength, and passion of the women of WWE!

To see how far we had come and to watch these amazing women get the spotlight they so deserved was something I’ll never forget. I love these women SO much!!!

Here’s to breaking barriers, making history, and continuing to EVOLVE! 🙌🔥…and to getting to terminal C 😂 - (slide 14)
