“How does it even work if you’re not in the country?”

I get asked this constantly by our Australian clients.

Here’s the honest answer: I’ve barely been in Australia for the past three to four years. I get back two to four times a year, and I’m not on most of the shoots you’ve seen.

That’s by design, not by accident.

We have videographers in every single state, all trained in dental. They know the difference between an intraoral scanner and a full arch case, because that’s the only industry we work in.

My job is the bit that decides whether the video actually works:
→ The concept — what we’re capturing and why
→ Liaising with the videographer and locking the logistics
→ Handing it to our editors, where the magic happens
→ An internal review against the brief before anything reaches you

Distance isn’t the risk. A weak brief is.
