This is my midweek session. Currently my split is: * Chest, biceps, calves * Triceps, back, hamstrings * Chest, quads, calves * Off * Chest, biceps, calves * Triceps, Back, hamstrings * Off * Repeat This setup allows for 3 chest exposures over the week, getting quality volume at the start of every single session. Determined to build some massive pecs and triceps this season. This session starts with a low-to-high cable press with a slight bias towards the upper pec. Cable pressing puts me in a much better position to control torso position and get that arm to wrap around the rib cage. Total volume for chest right now is 19 sets across the week. Leg work is far dialed back, with only minimal quad and ham work. I moved ham work to the end of pull days as well. Another focus is triceps, so I get quality work on the start of back days. Then biceps are at the end of chest as they are strong points. This week, sitting at maintenance calories and moving up another 50 g of carbohydrate to start pushing weight up slightly as I am too lean for optimal recovery. Any one else running a high frequency on a weak point?
This video shows influencer Myron Gaines arriving at the University of Texas at Austin with a large poster reading “The Cornell 7 Are Innocent. Prove Me Wrong.” He held a campus debate defending the seven Cornell students accused in a sexu4l as54ult case, claiming the alleged victim was lying about a consensual encounter. The event, part of his tour, later faced heavy backlash and was shut down after he repeatedly used slurs, with students heckling him as he left. No official statement from the university has been released beyond ending the event.
