Late post I know, but I just got some photos ahahhaa , so yeah pretend this was posted last weekend okay. 😂😂 You win some you loose some. But no matter what happens, or how many times I get knocked down, I will ALWAYS get back up!!! I think people are forgetting I did this to help raise money for mental health, I put my hand up for an AMATEUR fight, got into the ring for the first time and I helped raise money for a great cause!! I won’t let ANYONE take that away from me. The amount of love an support I received leading up and after the fight is insane!!!! I already won! The memories, the new friends I have met, I can’t thank you all enough! I know I was under prepared, didn’t have training and I regret that tremendously, I also know I was getting out of my comfort zone, doing something new and giving it everything I had!! This is just another chapter in my book, and I’m already on to the next one. Thank you to everyone who supported me, thank you to my sponsors and thank you @thesmartaussie from @oneroundwars Without you none of this would be possible, you are a true legend and it’s an honour and pleasure to call you a friend. ❤️ A huge thank you to my sponsors! @_stonesyndicate @logankicks_ @thecollectivebyjmn @420superstore_ @the_toothplug @brisbane_community_events @allegedlyclothingcompany @jemma_peart Without you none of this was possible. Thank you for believing in me. 😭💕 Think you can do better than I did? The next one is coming up!!! Get ready to make your grand entrance in front of thousands of people, I’ll be there cheering you on! 😂❤️ Let’s go!!! 📸 - @merangevisuals
OFFICIALLY 2 WEEKS AWAY FROM STEPPING ON STAGE AGAIN! 🏆 Last week we did a 48-hour carb depletion followed by a carb load to get a better idea of how my body responds and how many carbs I might need during peak week. For those who don’t know, the idea behind this is that when you deplete carbs, your muscles can start looking flatter as glycogen levels drop. When you introduce carbs again, you replenish that glycogen and your muscles can start looking fuller. I know the differences might look small from one clip to the next, but in bodybuilding, those little details can make all the difference when you’re standing on stage. I’m curious, which look was your favorite? 👀
