MY THOUGHTS I genuinely had to look twice at this one. Finding châteaux with this level of architectural detail, extraordinary outbuildings and beautiful grounds, without spending several million euros, is becoming harder and harder. And then along comes this one. €1.5 million. Quite extraordinary. Those wrought-iron gates, the tree-lined approach, beautifully carved wood panelling, marble fireplaces, that staircase and even a moat! But what I love most is the entire architectural ensemble. There is just so much character here, and so much worth preserving. Of course, renovation is needed, and an estate of this scale is no small undertaking. But with approximately 16 hectares (almost 40 acres) near Vendôme, I think this is a rather special find. A remarkable restoration opportunity, listed with Junot Chateaux & Heritage €1.5M LOCATION Fréteval, Loire et Cher MORE INFO 1. Ensure you are following the account 2. Comment CHATEAU below 3. Some betrayals don't happen in a single moment. They happen slowly, through the little things you never thought you'd have to question. The late replies, the changed behaviour, the distant conversations, and the feeling that something isn't right, even when they keep telling you everything is fine. 💔 And the worst part? You don't want to believe it. You keep looking for reasons to trust them. You convince yourself that maybe they're just going through something. You ignore the signs because the thought of losing them hurts more than the truth. But deep down, you already know. You knew when their eyes stopped meeting yours. You knew when their words no longer matched their actions. You knew when loving them started feeling like begging for the bare minimum. And still, you stayed. You stayed because you remembered the person they used to be. You stayed because of the promises, the late-night conversations, the little moments, and all those beautiful memories you thought meant something. You weren't asking for perfection. You weren't asking them to never make mistakes. You were just asking them not to destroy something you were genuinely trying to protect. When they finally admitted what happened, perhaps you weren't even surprised. You were just heartbroken that the person you trusted enough to never hurt you became the very person you needed healing from. And even then, you wanted to talk. You wanted answers. You wanted to understand why your love wasn't enough for them to be honest. But sometimes, no explanation can undo what someone has done. The hardest goodbye isn't always the one where you stop loving someone. Sometimes, it's the one where you still love them, still miss them, still wish things could have been different, but finally understand that staying would mean hurting yourself over and over again. So you leave. Not because you never cared. Not because the memories meant nothing. Not because moving on is easy. You leave because you finally realise that your heart deserves the same loyalty it keeps giving to others. #Heartbreak #RelationshipTruth #Loyalty #SelfRespect #EmotionalHealing
The Democrats have taken control of Congress for the rest of Donald Trump's presidency, but what do the results of the US midterm elections mean for Russia and Ukraine? The Kremlin says it "sincerely hopes" Donald Trump will continue his peace efforts. Ukraine's response is more muted, but some Ukrainians hope for a more supportive Congress. Kivaa alkanutta marraskuuta! 🤩 #avanto #iceswimming #iceswim #iceswimmers #coldwaterswimming
