Full hearts. Tears of gratitude and love were shed. Our people SHOWED UP for us today and we were reminded that we’re never walking this road alone. Our 3 C’s (Charley, Clayton and Carter), we love you so very much! My girls Laura and Jenna, I love you so BIG! We do sleepless nights together, worries, prayers, and celebrate our victories. Truly could not walk this journey without you both. To everyone who donated, cheered us on from home, prays for our kiddos or walked with us today-THANK YOU! We felt every bit of your presence today. We walked for Charley, Clayton and Carter. We walked for every child and adult living with Type 1 Diabetes. We walked for more good days, fewer hard ones, and a cure so our kids can live free from the burden of this disease. Until there is a cure, we keep walking. Together. by @jennaaaa_p
Tomorrow, we walk. We walk for Charley, Clayton, Carter, Josiah, Charlie and every single person, big or small, we know living with type 1 diabetes. We walk for a cure. We walk for the parents who carry the weight of a diagnosis they would give anything to take it away. For the heavy hearts behind the brave faces. For the tiny humans who just want to be kids without the constant calculations, alarms, finger pricks, injections, site changes, and the never-ending responsibility of keeping themselves alive. We walk for the someday. The someday when we say, “You don’t need insulin to stay alive anymore.” Tomorrow, we walk. But the truth is, we walk every single day. We walk through sleepless nights, scary lows, stubborn highs, and the mental load that never gets a day off. We walk through the fear, the frustration, and the moments when we wish someone could take even a tiny piece of this away. And every single day, we watch these kids show up with a kind of resilience no child should ever have to learn. I wish we didn’t have to walk. I wish type 1 diabetes didn’t exist. I wish these kids could just be kids. But until the day we find a cure, we will keep showing up. We will keep fighting. We will keep raising awareness, raising money, and raising hell until the someday becomes today. For our kids. For our families. For every person living with T1D. Tomorrow, we walk for a cure. And we won’t stop until we find one. 💙 If you’re interested in donating or walking to support the fight, the link & address are below 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 https://tinyurl.com/y96tebbw Adams-Ricci Park 100 East Penn Drive Enola, PA 17025 See you tomorrow🫶🏻 @breakthrought1d @ang.bullock @hey.lauramueller @cbuggie5 @geminosjewelry by @jennaaaa_p

At this point in my life, I can do ring muscle ups better than I can do bar muscle ups. I'm sorry, wut? #thisis40 by @jennaaaa_p
Celebrating YOU and all the good you have brought to this world over the 45 years you've been here. ❤️ Between serving our country, connecting with veterans who have done the same and helping them find purpose and fulfillment after their service, coaching hundreds of athletes to become better physically, mentally and emotionally, and now working as a mental health therapist—you are addicted to helping other people. And honestly, that’s just one of the things I adore about you. Thanks for being you. Every hat you wear, you wear it well. You make me laugh. You challenge me. You call me on my shit. You support my ridiculous ideas even when you probably shouldn’t. 😂 You are patient when I am not. You are steady when life isn't. You are consistent when things are hard, and you are always willing to jump in and do whatever is needed for literally anyone and everyone. You have seen every version of me—the ambitious one, the overwhelmed one, the stubborn one, the scared one, the happy one—and yet, you’re still here. I'm lucky to have ya, Eamon. Here's to another trip around the sun together… drinking too much coffee, tackling all the projects (sorry😬), chasing our small goals and our (crazy) BIG goals, and taking the everyday, mundane things and somehow always turning them into adventures… especially at Wegmans. 😂 I hope you had the BEST day yesterday! Here's to 46! Love you❤️ @eamon.coyne by @jennaaaa_p
Here are my thoughts on HYROX, whether you want them or not (: First and foremost, I’ve been in the CrossFit space for 13.5 years. I’ve competed in a bunch of smaller, local competitions and also bigger competitions like Fittest of the Coast. I've been to the CrossFit Games, Semifinals events, Masters Fitness Championship, etc. And I can honestly say… not a single CrossFit event compares to HYROX. The vibe is unparalleled. 1. The race itself was fun as hell. Who would’ve thought I’d have a smile on my face while running a total of 5 miles and working out for 90 straight minutes? Certainly not me. 2. The logistical planning that goes into this is wild to me. 7,000 people racing on Day 4 alone and there is zero confusion on where you need to be and when. Everything was so organized. It was insanely impressive. 3. HYROX’ers are SO much nicer than CrossFitters, volunteers included. I said what I said. IYKYK. 4. It doesn't feel like 5 miles. I would have suggested not doing the math, but I did it for you. Sorry😂 5. I genuinely thought I’d be one and done. I was wrong. Very, very wrong. Definitely not one and done peep👀 I totally get the hype and I will absolutely be racing again… BUT I’d still pick a barbell over a run every day of the week 🥰 @lilikoi_christy & @natashablankslate - Thank you for letting me crash your doubles ticket. I had so much fun!! It was an added bonus to do my first race in one of my favorite cities with my favorite littles yelling for me the whole time! Thanks for hanging with them @eamon.coyne. Love you. #neverdonegrowing #hersheyfitcollective @crossfithershey by @jennaaaa_p
All smiles for third & first grade!!! Have the best year everyone!! ✏️🍎 by @jennaaaa_p
And just like that, the best summer we’ve quite literally ever had has come to an end. Maybe it’s their ages. Maybe it’s our group of friends (who are really just family). Maybe it’s that I’m basically a 12-year-old at heart. But hell, this summer was one for the books. I can’t say I’ll miss the wet towel pileups, the late nights, the endless snacks, the 28k-step days at Hersheypark, the constant flow of smelly laundry, the bickering, the midday “he’s exhausted” naps, the 10 a.m. wake-ups, the amount of money we spent at Hangry Bear, or the days when we genuinely had no idea what day it was… But I also can’t say I won’t miss it. Mom is my favorite title. These boys are my favorite souls. And this life we’ve (re)built is my absolute favorite. Thank you, summer 2026. You were magical❤️ #thatsawrap #summer26 #illmissyouforever by @jennaaaa_p
Kayla walked into CrossFit Hershey almost three years ago as a 16-year-old with one goal: get stronger and more powerful on the softball field. Well. I think it’s safe to say she did that and then some. She trusted the process and did the unglamorous work, even if she rolled her eyes and hated it. She didn’t care about chasing the “cool” movements. She stayed consistent and worked hard. Top recruit in the country kind of hard. Over the last 2.8 years, she added over 250 pounds to her personal records across 6 movements: back squat, front squat, overhead press, bench press, hex bardeadlift and power clean. But the numbers aren’t even the part I’m most proud of. This week, Kayla starts her collegiate career at Duke on a full softball scholarship. I'll never forget getting that text but honestly, I was not surprised. She earned it. She spent the last 2.8 years building a solid foundation, learning when and how to push her limits, and getting comfortable being uncomfortable. But more than anything, she learned how to believe in herself. Kayla, when you first walked through our doors—tall, lanky, and a little nervous—I’m not going to lie, I was nervous too. I even checked in with my own coach on how I could best help you reach your goals. You can ask him. 😂 You made me a better coach. You kept me on my toes with programming. You challenged me to be better every single day. Thank you🥹 I’m so beyond proud of you and I am absolutely honored to have been a small part of your journey. I absolutely loved our time together as coach and athlete, but even more so, as friends. Our relationship may shift into a different season now, but I’ll always be here, rooting for you—and waiting for you with a gnarly workout to do together. I cannot wait to watch you chase your dreams wearing that royal blue💙 Forward movement always🫶🏻 Go do big things, kid💙 GO DUKE🖤 by @jennaaaa_p
The kiddo who made me a mom—the best title I’ll ever have. ❤️ At midnight on August 15, 2017, the fire alarm went off. No fire, no smoke. I tried to go back to sleep, but 20 minutes later, contractions hit like I’d never felt before. I swear someone up there was telling you it was time to join us. Off the hospital we go. At 2pm, you arrived in a room full of people laughing and having a good time—as if having a baby was meant to be a party. And honestly, that has been you ever since. You turn everything into a good time. You have a heart of gold, and you are so brave and strong. Even when your pancreas decided to stop working, you never skipped a beat. You haven’t let it hold you back from a single thing, and watching that strength has been one of my greatest privileges. My baseball-loving, moonwalking, big-hearted, cheeseburger-eating, ice cream-devouring, competitive little dude! Well, it's 2pm. So here's to officially being a 9 year old. I’m so proud to be your mom. Happy birthday, kiddo. I love you with every ounce of my being🐛💙 by @jennaaaa_p
I love barbells. That’s no secret. I own a CrossFit gym. Also not a secret. Yes, there are barbells in CrossFit but you don't have to do CrossFit to move barbells. Hear me out. I don’t think enough people (read: women) understand what barbells actually bring to the table. First and foremost, there is no demographic for who can use barbells or who should. I’ve always had an athletic build but weight lifting has changed my body in ways I didn't think were capable. Lifting weights has helped me become the strongest version of myself. Here's the thing though... the biggest change has ZERO to do with looks and everything to do with how I feel. Barbells have taught me confidence. They’ve taught me patience. They’ve taught me that I’m capable of more than I thought I was. When I’m under the bar, the noise shuts off. The stress, the to-do list, everything else disappears. I have one job: move the weight. All that to say-- can we please stop telling women they’re going to get bulky if they lift (heavy) weights? That myth has kept so many women away from something that could completely change their relationship with their body. As a 40-year-old mom of two, there is something incredibly empowering about picking up something heavy. And I KNOW all of the women in our community will agree with that. Your body isn't something to shrink, hide or fix. It's something to use and it's something to appreciate. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk 😘 #barbellloversunite @eamon.coyne @crossfithershey by @jennaaaa_p
