What a Journey of Learning Leadership

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School in Kibaha.

It was truly an amazing experience. I learned so much about leadership, communication, training others, teamwork, and the responsibility that comes with empowering people.

One of the most meaningful parts was learning that leadership is not only about being able to lead, but also about being able to equip others with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to lead.

We were also honoured to have Cde. Sophia Shaningwa, Secretary General of SWAPO Party–Namibia and a member of the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School Board, as our Guest of Honor.

I’m grateful for the knowledge, the conversations, the connections, and the lessons I’m taking with me from this experience.

Some experiences give you memories. Others give you a new perspective. This one gave me both.
