Here is some of the stuff we do to warm up before we run at an @americankennelclub agility trial! I try (sometimes unsuccessfully) to get us there early enough to acclimate to the environment, especially if it’s not a venue we frequent. Actaea can be easily distracted, so I do a lot of engagement and focus exercises as well as physical stretches! I am trying to do better to remember to also stretch out myself 😅
