🍉Quimby🍉

I made an artist statement flyer! I’ll be having it displayed at my upcoming vending events 🐾🎨🖼️

I’m also very excited to be getting back on the stage on the 28th for the music and poetry benefit show: Makin’ Trouble 4 Trouble, and am honored to be one of the featured poets!

Flyer reads:
“Feral Yearning Creations
Multimedia Artist
Quimby Fern

Hello!

At the heart of my work is a belief that we never need to be silent about harm perpetuated against us for others’ comfort. That survivors of any kind of violence or oppression deserve to take up space and be centered in community too, rather than how we’re often pushed out by those who claim to be building community. As well as the belief in finding queer joy and empowerment where we can.
