Here’s everything you need to know about our #StonesThrow30 music festival in Highland Park, Los Angeles with @lodgeroom and @kcrw this weekend, from set times to updated marketplace vendors and more. Swipe through for full details. We’re excited to announce that we’ve added Pearl & The Oysters (@pearlandtheoystersband) to our Friday night lineup. Festival ticket purchasers also get access to our official afterparties at Lodge Room on Friday and Saturday nights after the headliners wrap (subject to capacity). Another update: Los Retros will not be performing Friday evening due to unforeseen circumstances. If you’d like to request a refund for Friday, you can inquire at ticket@lodgeroomhlp.com. Single-day Friday purchasers have until 2pm on Friday, October 16th to request a refund. See everyone soon.

“And finally I would like, if I may, to dedicate this Oscar to the heroism and the courage of women, and to hope that it inspires the creation of more true screen heroines to represent them.” In 1996, Emma Thompson became the only person in history to win Oscars for both acting and writing. At the 65th Oscars, she won Actress in a Leading Role for her performance as Margaret Schlegel in HOWARDS END. Three years later, she won Adapted Screenplay for SENSE AND SENSIBILITY.
