Charred cabbage with creamy miso mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 for everyone who needs their vegetable side dish to be as good as the main. This recipe was THE most-made by you over the holiday season after I shared it this time last year!! Nothing more rewarding than creating something that others also enjoy 🥰 Full recipe on the site or comment “LINK” and I’ll send it to your DMs (where you can also save to email). Things you’ll need 📝 🛒 * Green cabbage about 2 lbs * 1 lb mushrooms mix (enoki, shimeji (beech), black oyster, hand-shredded king (trumpet) oyster, sliced shiitake, cremini, etc.) * butter * garlic * ¼ C heavy cream * 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste * soy sauce
Some post show posing here- Admittedly not my favorite look ever, but the goal of today was just to go get some bloodflow and use my lift more as a meditation than anything. One of those weird days where I’m living in my head and just trying to decompress. This prep was FULL of emotions so just taking the day to process- not all bad ones at all, just ALOT. But we had a blast, that is what matters. I get to do the thing I love and that’s so important We’ve decided to shut it down for the season due to my lower back giving me a ton of pain and my body just being out of sorts. I mean honestly here, a little sad but I made the call as soon as I got off stage and I knew it was the right one. Today we just breathe rinse and repeat
