This past weekend, we celebrated @valleyverde’s 15-year Anniversary at the “Bees & Trees” Fruit Orchard Project Ribbon Cutting in Morgan Hill 🐝🌲
For 15 years, Valley Verde’s mission to promote healthy meals, food security and environmental resilience has helped underserved families develop skills in organic gardening, composting and micro entrepreneurship.
The “Bees & Trees” Fruit Orchard combines urban fruit tree planning with pollinator-friendly beekeeping to enhance local biodiversity and promote sustainable agriculture.
By supporting Valley Verde with a grant, I’m grateful to see this project come to life as an agricultural and educational space for our South County community.
