LOVED getting extra reps today with @emmamatulia.vb. Spent a lot of time focusing on cleaning up my defense when running a 1 and also my contact on the ball as I hit. Been in the gym a lot, starting to notice improvement in my explosiveness and vertical jump. #uncommited #2028 #beachvolleyball
