Chasing the Dark Sky
463 eases out of Antonito, Colorado, and the Dark Sky Train begins its journey westward. From just above the rail, the polished steel disappears toward the horizon as the San Luis Valley opens wide beneath a brilliant Colorado sky.
The rails stretch endlessly ahead, the sun glints off the iron, and somewhere up front, 463 is doing what she was built to do—pulling a train into the high country.
Today, we’re not just riding the railroad… we’re chasing the stars. 🚂🌄✨
