Summer 2026 explorations and recent training✨

As a jack of all trades, master of fun ~ this summer has been all about the cross-pollination of ideas in my flow, and exploring new props.

I love remembering there are no rules and finding creative ways to move. It makes me feel so comfortable to take up space and to play 🙏✨

I’m so grateful for movement and ritual theatre as an art, a playground, and as a somatic release.

Also, I might need to get a fire sword now ⚔️
