By now most of you have seen the brilliant film our good friend @harrismonkey put out on the new Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale with its simulated manual gearbox. That gated manual experience must have really sparked something in Chris as this week he has been sending the Car And Classic social admin listings for all forms of manual Ferraris at ungodly hours. From the mighty Ferrari F50 to a car that is technically a gated manual although it lacks a pedal under the left foot, these are the manual Ferraris currently on CarAndClassic.com that are keeping Chris Harris up at night, question is which one would you choose?
Kitchen Essentials from Scratch! ✨ Episode 3: HOMEMADE BUTTER 🧈 Comment kitchen and I’ll DM you a link to all of my kitchen supplies!💕 • Pour heavy whipping cream into a stand mixer, mason jar or blender. • Mix on medium-high speed (or shake your jar!) until the cream separates into butter and buttermilk. • Strain out the buttermilk and give your butter a good squeeze to remove excess liquid. • Rinse the butter in ice-cold water, kneading and squeezing until the water runs clear. • Add a pinch of salt or your favorite seasonings (optional). • Shape into a butter stick or desired shape using parchment paper, then refrigerate until firm! 🧈 🎀 No KitchenAid? No problem! You can make butter by shaking heavy whipping cream in a mason jar. It just takes a little arm workout! 🎀 The entire process takes approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on your method. 🎀 Don’t skip the ice bath! Washing and squeezing out the remaining buttermilk helps your homemade butter stay fresh longer. 🎀 You can customize your butter with sea salt, garlic and herbs! Lasts longer if salted 🎀 I like to store my extra butter in a butter bell with cold water to help keep it fresh and spreadable. Be sure to change the water regularly! 🎀 Store homemade butter in the refrigerator for the longest freshness, especially if you haven’t removed all the buttermilk. Lasts 1-2 weeks in refrigerator or 6 to 9 months in freezer! #kitchenessentials #homemadebutter #butterfromscratch #fromscratch #homemade
